Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is possible from 01:00 pm. Earlier check-in depends on the availability of an accommodation unit. The working-hours of the reception are 24/7. Check-out is latest by12:00 noon. You can check-out later only by paying an additional fee, depending on the availability of the accommodation unit and only by prior arrangement with the Front Desk Reception.

Has my child a right to a free stay or a discount?

Discounts and free stays for children depend on the type of the accommodation unit:

Discounts for children on the 3rd/4th additional bed in a room with 2 adults: 0 –8 years sharing parents room is FREE.  10– 15 year-old children are charged only 50% of adults with extra Bed and with same services as parents.

How can I confirm my booking?

Your booking can be confirmed by filling out the booking links and submitting your credit card detail or by making an advance payment as a guarantee of arrival at the hotel.

Can I change the currency at the hotel reception desk?

We have an exchange counter with no conversion fee. At the hotels' exchange counter you can only exchange foreign currencies to domestic currency.

Which credit cards do you accept as booking confirmation?

We accept all major credit cards as booking confirmation: Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.  We do not accept debit cards.

What are the payment options at the reception desk and can I make a payment in installments?

The payment can be made in cash or by credit cards in full. We do not have a policy for making payments in installments.

In which currency is the payment made?

The payment is made at the hotel reception desk in USD or EUR at the currency rate valid on the day of payment. The bank converts that amount into the domestic currency of your account .

Can I smoke in the room?

We must say NO. We offer only non smoking rooms. Smoking is also forbidden in restaurants however you are welcome to smoke in the designated smoking zone.

Can I store some of my luggage while I go trekking or any tours?

Yes. Overnight luggage storage is available for those who book a second visit in the hotel. You may store your luggage at the front desk if you arrive early and  your room is not ready. Leave your bags with us and go explore the neighborhood for a few hours before your check-in time.

What amenities do your hotel offers?

We provide the best toiletries, such as shaving kit,  Shampoo, Skin conditioners, moisterising lotion, Comb, shoe shine,  tooth brush & tooth paste, cotton buds, sewing kit, sanitary pouch, shower cap, bathrobes, soap.

Further, you'll always find complimentary Wi-Fi, daily newspapers, 24-hour night duty officer and business center, laundry, valet services, and comfortable rooms and cable TV with Movies on Demand.

Do you have free Wi-fi?

YES ! and it’s really, really fast.

Do you have television?

We do have the latest television sets in all the rooms with so many HD (High Definition Resolution) channels. We have television sets also in the lobby/Restaurant/Spa.

Do you provide fridges in the rooms?

Yes, we do have mini fridges in all the Suite rooms and superior Heritage Rooms.

Can I book a parking space?

Parking space is adjacent to the Hotel and can be booked at the check-in, depending on the availability. We also have valet service and our driver can park your vehicle if you are self driving.

Do your suites have a kitchen?

All our Suite Rooms have a kitchenette.

Are pets allowed at your facilities?

Pets are not allowed in the facilities for the convenience of other guests.

Do you have a spa?

YES! We have an onsite spa that provides an excellent experience of Jacuzzi Whirlpool, Large Steam Room & Large Dry Sauna Room and Ayurvedic Herbal Massage and Treatments.

Do you have a swimming pool?

If you’re looking to make a splash we have the most exquisite ‘Splash’ Swimming flood Pool. With its design and luxury features, our hotel pool takes an afternoon swim to a different High!

Do you cater for Vegetarians?

Our chefs are very accomplished and are happy to offer alternatives from our main menu selections for those who, for whatever reason, may have a restricted diet. Besides, they are used to catering to vegetarians, nut-allergy sufferers and other – You just need to inform and its done!

Are you an accessible property?

We are located at the Heart of Fewa Lakeside, at the Centre Point, #15 Heritage Street, with Fewa Lake just 125 meters/2 minutes away, 3 km/10 minutes from the  Airport, 1 km/5 minutes from the Tourist Bus Park, 25 minutes by flight from Kathmandu Airport.

For those with restricted mobility let us know and we can recommend the most appropriate room for your needs with elevator lifts!

Do you have Driver’s accommodation?

We do not have the facility to accommodate drivers unless they wish to share the staff quarter rooms nearby.  However, for better comfort there are many guest houses in and around that cater for this need. Most drivers/guides have their preferred lodging options in each location (s)!

Do you have a Conference Hall?

Yes, we have TWO Upcoming conference Halls one with 2100 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, we offer everything you need to plan the perfect function. These Meetings Halls are designed exclusively to host a corporate retreat or celebrate the important moments of your life, a fashion show, or a product launch.

 

‘Old Durbar’ Hall should seat 250 conferrers THEATRE STYLE configuration and 100 conferrers in round table seating,300 for Banquet Events.
